4x5 Ambassadors are a network of trained people that work within the construction industry. On the jobsite or in the offices, they:

1. Build Awareness

2. Challenge Stigma

3. Protect Teammate's

4. Intervene in crisis

Becoming a 4x5 ambassador is easy:

1. Complete QPR Gatekeeper Training

2. Sign the 4x5 Ambassador Pledge

3. Show up and make a difference
