3. Training Sign-ups and Registration

When registering for training programs (such as QPR Gatekeeper Training) or submitting forms through the Site:

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

  • Registration for a training session does not establish a professional healthcare or contractual relationship with 4x5.

  • We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify training offerings at any time.

4. Donations and Financial Transactions

Financial contributions made to 4x5 support our non-profit suicide prevention mission.

  • Processing: All online donations are processed securely through certified third-party payment processors. 4x5 does not store full payment card details.

  • Tax Deductibility: 4x5 is a registered 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

  • Refund Policy: Donations are generally non-refundable. If an error occurs during processing, please contact us promptly to request assistance.

5. Acceptable Site Use

When using our Site, you agree not to:
