3. Training Sign-ups and Registration
When registering for training programs (such as QPR Gatekeeper Training) or submitting forms through the Site:
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Registration for a training session does not establish a professional healthcare or contractual relationship with 4x5.
We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify training offerings at any time.
4. Donations and Financial Transactions
Financial contributions made to 4x5 support our non-profit suicide prevention mission.
Processing: All online donations are processed securely through certified third-party payment processors. 4x5 does not store full payment card details.
Tax Deductibility: 4x5 is a registered 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Refund Policy: Donations are generally non-refundable. If an error occurs during processing, please contact us promptly to request assistance.
5. Acceptable Site Use
When using our Site, you agree not to:
